R152 Invesco Global Founders & Owners (USD)

In April 2025, we issued a communication informing impacted policyholders, and their advisers, that we were closing seventeen of our existing investment-linked policy sub-funds ("ILP sub-fund") and removing them from the Singapore ILP sub-fund range on 17 July 2025.

We have made a decision to no longer proceed with the closure of R152 Invesco Global Founders & Owners (USD) and retain it within the Singapore ILP sub-fund range. Any policyholders with current holdings and regular premium allocation in the fund will not change, and will remain in R152 Invesco Global Founders & Owners (USD).

The remaining sixteen funds will continue to be closed and any regular premium payment allocation will be redirected, and existing holdings switched, into the named default replacement ILP sub-fund mentioned in the communication we issued in April 2025.

We have contacted impacted policyholders and their financial advisers to notify them of the change; primarily by e-shot, with letters sent by post where we do not hold a valid email, and to those who prefer to receive letters by post. A sample of the client communication can be found opposite.
